Services
All Computers, Laptops and Servers collected are tested by power up, they are then seperated into different catagories:
Working: working items are reused where possible,
Faulty: all faulty items are immediately put beyond use. they are then dismantled and recycled in accordance with WEEE Regulations.
Obsolete: equipment which as seen better days may be broken for spares, if this is not possible due to age they are dismantled and all components recycled.
Computers
Once we have removed the hard drive and shredded it we will dismanlte the remainer of the machine and remarket this for parts.
Laptops
Once we have removed the hard drive and shredded it we will dismanlte the remainer of the machine and remarket this for parts.
Servers
We specialise in server decomissioning and Recycling. All Decomissioned servers are first catalogued, we then remove all hard drives and destroy them using our EV25E Hard drive shredder.
Monitors
Classed as Hazardous waste and need to be recycled by specialists, we work alongside an organisation who deal solely in Monitor recycling. Working monitors will be remarkated
Printers
Where possible we try to remarket these items. more often than not these items simply need to be repaired or serviced they are then capable of a few more years use.
UPS & Batteries
Classed as Hazardous waste batteries and UPS's need extra care when being disposed of. a Hazadous waste carries licence is required by Law in order to transport this material.
